Greg has worked within the institutional investment real estate business, primarily involving disposition and acquisition assignments on a national platform basis for the last 40 years. 

After a career that included billions of dollars in transactions, he purchased one of the nation’s most iconic mixed used historic properties. 

On Nov. 18, 2014, Greg, a longtime commercial real estate broker and investor, purchased Belvedere Corp., the local real estate company whose most significant holding is the Carew Tower complex at the corner of Fifth and Vine streets.
